About William Bounthong

I'm William Bounthong, LCSW, with over 15 years of experience as a school social worker, licensed clinical therapist, and mental health program director. Having worked extensively in K–12 education, community mental health, and private practice, I founded Thrive Ally LLC to provide schools with effective, trauma-informed mental health services that meet Medicaid standards. My mission is to enhance educational environments by offering tailored strategies and coaching to ensure safe, supportive learning spaces for all students, educators, and parents.
