I'm William Bounthong, LCSW, with over 15 years of experience as a school social worker, licensed clinical therapist, and mental health program director. Having worked extensively in K–12 education, community mental health, and private practice, I founded Thrive Ally LLC to provide schools with effective, trauma-informed mental health services that meet Medicaid standards.
